NOTE: For our delivery service, delivery date is subjected to Costplus truck’s schedule as above and subject to product availability ie custom made, pre-order items. This offer is exclusively for Online purchases only. The delivery date will be determined by Costplus delivery team and we will inform customer at least 2-5 working days prior to actual delivery date.
Delivery time frame is also subject to customer house status. As some Interior Design customers home is not ready yet, hence we will delay the delivery of furniture in order to match with whenever the house is ready.
Please also note, as we prioritize only for Klang Valley area (Selangor, KL, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka), order to other areas/states are subject to cancellation if delivery location is too far.
For customer who would like to select the delivery date/special request, the delivery fee will be charged with a different rate as below. Below rates are for single drop only, additional charges apply for additional drops. Kindly Whatsapp to +6010 810 7823 for the special delivery request.
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT:
All delivery will take an estimated 4-8 weeks (Overseas) or 1-2 weeks (Local) to arrive for non-ready stock. Our factory requires few weeks to produce the product.
Delivery will be 3-5 working days if product is ready stock.

Placing an Order:
To place an order, just select the item and add to your cart. Select payment method of choice and keep a copy of the receipt. Orders are subject to cancellation at our discretion due to product availability etc. You may also contact us at +60108107823 to help you place an order too.
Make Payment:
All prices listed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are including GST (if applicable) by the Malaysian government, unless stated otherwise. You shall be completing your order process by making payment via one of the methods below:
- iPay88, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards, and local bank online transfers (card acceptance see below)
- Grabpay, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards or debit cards with facility to split total amount into three (4) zero interest installments
- Pinecone solutions, for installment plans up to 36 months with partnered banks and e-wallets.
- Bank transfer or pay at ATM
The following credit cards / payment method are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, AM Bank, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online,FPX (Bank Islam, CIMB Clicks, Maybank, Hong Leong Online,PBeBank), Bank Rakyat, Affin Bank. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt all your card data. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Track Your Order:
You will receive a "Confirmation of Order" email right after you made payment online. If you wish to check your order, you can head over to "Tracking" tab on our website or Whatsapp us at +6010 810 7823. We will also keep you updated via Whatsapp (our preferred method).
Additional Standard Shipping Notes:
For Klang Valley areas, delivery will take approximately 3 days to 8 weeks from the date of Confirmation of Order. For other locations, delivery may take 2 to 8 weeks subject to delivery address, type of products, shipping method and other factors may be to consider. Please note that estimated delivery duration may subject to change due to the dynamic nature of shipping and delivery. Our Warehouse will be in touch with you for final confirmation of actual delivery date. No delivery services on Sunday and Public Holidays. All receipts of goods will be required to sign the Delivery Order document as proof of receipt the goods in good condition.
LABOUR CHARGES FOR INACCESSIBILITY TO LIFT:
Additional fees will apply per trip for deliveries with limited accessibility or with no lift access. Labour charges for inaccessibility to lift / using staircase applicable to third floor onwards and charged at RM50 per level per item.
Fee On Last Minute Change Of Delivery Time / Delivery Address / Cancellation:
Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.
You can call to change the delivery date/address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.
Any cancellation/delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee chargeable by the transport provider.
Please note, that it is up to our discretion to set the shipping prices even at the expense of the customer.
